Welcome to DDA
Compliancy Solutions
We are here to help you become DDA Compliant.
We offer:
Why act now?
From 1st October 2004 all businesses and service providers have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments to their premises and the way they provide their services in order to provide equal access to services to disabled people as to their able-bodied customers(clients) and failure to comply with the legislation could result in legal action and possible fines of up to £50,000.
In addition to that disabled individuals will be entitled to financial compensation and other legal remedies where they are affected by a breach of these requirements.
